BOWTT connects the passenger booking flow with the configured Lamu jetty network and available boats and captains.

STEP 01

Choose your pickup

Select your pickup jetty. When location is available, BOWTT can help identify the nearest configured jetty.

STEP 02

Select a supported destination jetty. BOWTT uses the configured route network to determine available trip options.

STEP 03

BOWTT checks scheduled trips first. If none is suitable, an eligible ASAP request can be sent to nearby captains.

Once you request

For ASAP matching, BOWTT uses the selected pickup jetty as the authoritative location anchor.

Your request is tied to the pickup jetty you selected. Optional phone location can help provide a human-friendly walking estimate to that jetty.

Eligible online captains near the pickup jetty can receive the request and respond with an offer.

Trip updates and notifications keep both sides informed as the request or booking progresses.
